BECK CLIP SYSTEMS Product highlights
A universal marking system developed as an end-of-line accessory that takes production in the food industry to the next level. Compatible with laser printers from major manufacturers.
Remove air from protein and natural casings, bags and many other types of packaging sealed with aluminium clips. Ideal for use with table-top single and double clippers from CLIP SYSTEMS as well as other clippers.
Roulades, chops, steaks, schnitzels and burger patties, vegan patties or pizza dough: your product is gently and evenly flattened to the preset thickness of 0.5 to 30 mm.
The BCS-200SMD is a flexible solution for cost-effective, semi-automatic sausage production. In combination with a filling machine, it processes calibres from 25 to 120 mm. The cycle is started manually. Clipping and cutting are then carried out reliably and with consistently high quality.
The clipper features an integrated touch control panel and can be mechanically connected to any filling machine. The unit is particularly suitable for closing sausage products in the 30–140 mm calibre range.
