Remove air from protein and natural casings, bags, and many other packaging types sealed with aluminium clips. Ideal for use with CLIP SYSTEMS table single and double clippers, as well as other clippers.
Rolled beef, chops, steaks, schnitzels, and burger patties, as well as vegan patties or pizza dough: Your product is gently and evenly pressed to a pre-set thickness ranging from 0.5 to 30 mm.
The clipper features an integrated touch control panel and can be mechanically paired with any filler. The device is particularly suitable for sealing sausages in the caliber range of 30 to 140 mm.
